Having attended law school and worked in many facets of the real estate industry, South Florida native Jonathan J. Alfonso has extensive experience in title analysis, foreclosure and sales. He wanted to better serve customers and later decided to build a team of his own to deliver his vision of a superior real estate experience. Upon his first transaction, he secured top dollar for his client and was thanked with a warm embrace for creating a seamless transaction. “It’s been off to the races ever since,” he says.

For the past 13 years, Alfonso has helped young professionals find ideal single-family homes in southeast Florida. His extensive market foresight allows him to creatively problem solve and qualify those he serves with uncanny execution. He values quality over quantity, taking care to learn his clients and how he can best meet their individual needs. “Ultimately, as agents, we sell a lifestyle,” he says. “I understand where our clients are moving and can help them integrate into that lifestyle.”

Alfonso offers a multitude of top-notch professionals to assist clients and spent the last three years mastering his marketing prowess. His team was able to achieve the impossible and successfully sell an expired Key Biscayne home listing for $15 million. They also secured and closed a $950,000 deal in just 48 hours. Of his success, he says, “There’s no secret if you constantly work in this industry, you learn more and you create this flywheel of never-ending learning. No [artificial intelligence] or other agent can replicate several thousand transactions of knowledge.”

Serving as the current residential governor on his local Realtor association board, Alfonso is also heavily involved with the United Way and the Realtors Political Action Committee. He enjoys basketball and devoting any time outside of work to his wife and two sons.
