Bianca M. Guevara

Broker Associate
LUXE Properties

Bianca M. Guevara, a broker associate with LUXE Properties, is in a league of her own. Transitioning to real estate five years ago after more than a decade at a private equity investment firm, Guevara combines her genuine love for people with her financial insights to best serve her clients.

“I love that I get to help people with what’s often one of the largest financial transactions they’ll make in their lives,” she says. “I go the extra mile for my clients and am passionate about finding them the perfect property, even when it’s off-market.”

Assisting a wide array of clients in South Florida, ranging from first-time homebuyers to property investors and veterans to snowbirds, Guevara devotes her full attention to every transaction regardless of price point. Around 75 percent of her business comes from current and past client referrals.

“Without a doubt, my strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills have been integral to my success in real estate,” Guevara says. She was named the top producer at LUXE Properties for the third year in a row, and The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing recently awarded her the Million Dollar Guild recognition.

In 2018, Guevara earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation, known as the Ph.D. of real estate and held by only 2 percent of Realtors nationwide. Guevara is also a seller representative specialist, a designated military relocation specialist, and a pricing strategy advisor. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors Miami-Dade, Young Professionals Network and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

A loyal community member of South Florida, Guevara volunteers with Branches’ Thanksgiving meal delivery program every year. She is an avid traveler, foodie and animal lover, as well as a burgeoning piano player and calligrapher.
