Taylor Morrison has purchased land in the 3,300-acre Solaeris master-planned community in Port St. Lucie and plans to build two communities with over 1,750 homes: Esplanade at Solaeris and Azure at Solaeris.

Esplanade at Solaeris will be a resort-style, gated community with about 1,200 single-family homes, villas and condos. Amenities will include an 18-hole championship golf course, a resort-style pool and spa, culinary center with multiple dining options, wellness center and fitness center, as well as tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts. Sales are expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Azure at Solaeris will have 552 single-family homes and an amenity center with pool, cabana, splash pad, basketball court and dog park. Initial site development is currently underway, and sales are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027.

“We’re thrilled to expand our footprint in Port St. Lucie with over 1,750 new homes across two exceptional communities in the heart of the region’s growth corridor,” said Jeremy Goulart, Taylor Morrison’s Treasure Coast vice president of operations. “This expansion solidifies Taylor Morrison’s presence in the thriving Treasure Coast market and our commitment to meeting the demand for high-quality, amenity-rich communities.”
