The MIAMI Association of REALTORS® inked an agreement with Information Technology Systems Ontario to share MLS data through Cotality’s IntraMatrix platform.

Now, MIAMI and ITSO members can access property listings from both MLS platforms. The deal marks MIAMI’s 11th MLS partnership through Cotality and its first in Canada.

“ITSO is committed to transparency and increasing access to data for our end users, and this partnership with MIAMI takes that mission to the next level,” ITSO Chair Nicole Pohl said in a press release. “By opening cross-border listing access, we are giving Ontario real estate professionals new tools to meet the needs of clients who are increasingly looking beyond local markets.”
