ANF has completed construction on Wellspring Apartments in Opa-locka, an affordable apartment building for Miami-Dade’s 62 and older community.

The 99-unit complex offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments reserved for residents with incomes below 50% or 60% of area median income.

Senior-friendly amenities include a library and computer room, fitness center, covered terrace and community center outfitted with a full kitchen.

“We are excited to deliver this innovative development, offering much-needed affordable housing to seniors in our local community,” said ANF CEO Al Fernandez in a press release. “This landmark property will have a transformative impact on Miami-Dade seniors by creating sustainable and affordable living spaces for them.”
