Illustrated Properties hired Shane McCain as its director of commercial real estate. McCain’s seven-associate BluEdge Team also joined the firm and will operate out of Illustrated’s corporate headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens.

BluEdge Team specializes in commercial deals, land development and luxury residential properties in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. The team holds $80 million in combined commercial and residential volume.
