Toll Brothers opened sales for sites at the Port Collection in its master-planned Seven Shores Naples community. At 3,291 to 5,397 square feet, the homes will be the largest offered in the development and feature open floor plans, one- or two-story layouts, offices, lofts and optional four-car garages.

Seven Shores includes the Meridian Amenity Center, where residents can access amenities like a fitness center, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, yoga lawn, fire pit lounge and putting green.

Prices for Port Collection homes start at $1.13 million.
