Toll Brothers recently opened sales at the Seven Shores luxury-home community in Naples.

The project offers 409 villas and single-family homes in four collections. Properties are priced from the mid-$500,000s to over $1 million and are available in 36 new designs, ranging from 1,600 to over 4,987 square feet.

The four collections — Villa, Harbor, Landing and Port — offer single-level and two-story floor plans with two to six bedrooms, two to 6.5bathrooms, two- or three-car garages and first-floor primary bedroom suites. Designs also include open-concept great rooms, lanais open-sided verandas — and smarthome features like keyless frontentry lock, Wi-Fi thermostats and Wi-Fi garage control.

Community amenities include The Meridian, a clubhouse with a social room and lounge, a separate fitness center with a group-fitness area, resort-style swimming pool and spa, yoga lawn with additional greenspace and fire pits, half basketball court, and tennis, bocce and pickleball courts.

“With multiple floor plans designed for today’s buyers and unrivaled personalization options offered at the Toll Brothers Design Studio, residents of Seven Shores will enjoy the best in luxury low-maintenance living with versatile designs and resort-style amenities in desirable Naples,” said Alex Martin, division president of Toll Brothers in Southwest Florida, in a release. “We are excited to bring another beautiful new home community with four luxury collections to the ever-growing Collier County market.”

Toll Brothers has opened a sales center at 8876 Oceana Way.
