Alta Developers launched sales at GAIA Residences, an 18-story luxury condominium tower in Hollywood.

The community will feature 238 condos with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplan options. Prices for the homes, which include complimentary membership to the Hollywood Beach Golf Club and private beach, start in the $400,000s.

Notably, the Hollywood Beach Golf Club is currently undergoing a $15 million renovation.
