Rate’s latest hire, Lynn Nemes, has established the company’s first Naples branch, strengthening the brokerage’s presence across Florida’s east and west coasts.

Nemes serves as sales manager and oversees mortgage originations while directing and mentoring her team. She’s worked in the mortgage industry for over 30 years, most recently at Newrez as a senior loan originator.

Nemes currently holds the area director position for two chapters of Networking Professionals International.
