Baby boomers hold billions in Naples real estate

Baby boomers hold nearly $18 trillion in U.S. real estate — and a large share is concentrated in Naples.

A new study from Realtor.com, using data from Zillow, valued the Naples real estate owned by the 65+ demographic at $70 billion.

Fifty-seven percent of homeowners in the area are baby boomers.

The balmy location offers luxury coastal living and outdoor activities. Homes in Naples boast a median value of $749,000.
