Public records list the seller as SOLLY AZAR TRS, represented by Ruthie and Ethan Assouline and Eytan Namiech of the Assouline Team at Douglas Elliman. Joelle Oiknine, Marie Miller and Nathalie Attias of the Joelle Team at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the property’s buyer.

The two-unit residence, located at 10201 Collins Ave., unit 2601/02, features waterfront and downtown views, a wraparound terrace, three bedrooms, four full and two half bathrooms, walk-in closets and smart-home automation.
