After 10 years working individually at Douglas Elliman and $900 million in career sales, cousins Jaclyn Bild Smith and Sari Libbin Shapiro have joined forces to launch J&S Group at the brokerage. The team will specialize in luxury real estate in South Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Edgewater and North Bay Village.

With a foundation in finance, Bild Smith began her career in New York before pursuing Miami real estate full time in 2015. The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals recently named her the No. 10 Latino agent nationwide by sales volume.

Libbin Shapiro has been part of sales at several new Miami developments, including Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove and VILLA MIAMI in Edgewater. Douglas Elliman recognized her as the No. 4 agent in transactions and the No. 8 agent in Florida in 2023.
