Ruben Alvarez and Karla De La Torre returned to Douglas Elliman Real Estate as members of the The Eklund | Gomes Team’s development arm. The pair will now lead sales at the 72 Carlyle luxury residential tower.

Alvarez and De La Torre previously worked at Douglas Elliman before stints as sales executives at Continuum Club & Residences.
