The Tika Team left Douglas Elliman for Compass and will now operate out of the brokerage’s Las Olas office in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Tika Van Den Hurk leads the luxury team. During Van Den Hurk’s decade of experience, she’s specialized in waterfront estates, condos and investment properties. Most recently she served as director of luxury sales at Douglas Elliman, managing assets including the Four Seasons Residences Fort Lauderdale.
