OKO Group and Access Industries reached the vertical phase of construction for Aman Residences, Miami Beach. The beachfront site is located at 3425 Collins Avenue.

Developers plan to complete one floor every two weeks and wrap up construction in early 2026.

The 18-story building will feature 22 luxury residences and 56 hotel rooms preserved as part of the historic Versailles Hotel.

“With the foundation of Aman Residences, Miami Beach nearing completion, we’re entering a pivotal stage in the project as the structure begins to rise visibly above grade,” OKO Group COO Alan Chun said in a press release. “This momentum builds on Aman’s record-setting residential sell-out, with the development poised to elevate Miami Beach as a world-class destination for design, wellness and luxury living.”
