Nothing good about it. They are destroying our neighborhood adding all these houses that don’t even sell. Taking up all our woods and making our neighborhood even worse. Bringing in people we don’t need. Our neighborhood was awesome until they came in a ruined it. St. Lucie needs to reali9ze we don’t need more houses we need more AFFORDABLE housing. No one should have to work 2 or more jobs just to have a roof over their head and food on their table.

This isn’t a good thing. they are taking up all our woods to build houses that people can barely afford. The neighborhood was fine the way they found it. St. Lucie county needs to really think about making more affordable housing instead of all these houses people need to work 2-3 jobs just to keep a roof and food on table. This company destroyed my neighborhood i grew up in.. Thanks
