Kolter Homes is set to begin sales at its newest gated community, The Cove at Park Trace, located within the Preserves at Park Trace in Stuart.  

The current phase offers 23 homesites available for single-story, single-family homes. The Cove at Park Trace is adjacent to Cove Royale, another new neighborhood in the Preserves master-planned community, which is on the Treasure Coast north of Palm Beach.  

Homes come with two to five bedrooms, open floorplans and garages. Amenities will include a pool and clubhouse.
