South Florida real estate veteran Raul Santidrian has left Douglas Elliman Florida for Coldwell Banker Realty. He will work from the brokerage’s Pinecrest/Miami office. 

Santidrian entered real estate in 2004, closing almost $45 million in sales and earning rookie of the year honors. He closed $75 million in sales the following year. 

Now, Santidrian specializes in new construction, waterfront high-rise condominiums, ultra-luxury homes and commercial real estate, with a geographic focus in Brickell, Edgewater, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Miami Beach. Looking ahead, he plans to expand into the ultra-luxury single-family home market.
