A 306-unit luxury apartment community is coming to downtown Boca Raton.
The city’s Community Redevelopment Agency recently voted in favor of community plan approval for Modera Boca, a project to be co-developed by Group P6 and Boca-Raton-based Mill Creek Residential.
Located at 400 S. Dixie Highway, Modera Boca will bring several public improvements to the area, including the revitalization of a neighboring city park, a Zen garden and pedestrian improvements along Dixie Highway.
“This community exemplifies a commitment to building with thoughtfulness and beauty in our hometown,” Group P6 Principal Ignacio Diaz said. “Together with Mill Creek, we’re proud to bring a vision to life that not only adds an exceptional residential offering but also contributes meaningfully to the public realm.”
Community amenities at the 12-story development will include a pool and lounge, fitness center, dog park, clubhouse and coworking spaces.
“Modera Boca reflects Mill Creek’s ongoing mission to create meaningful relationships and extraordinary places,” Mill Creek Vice President of Development John Grimaldi said. “This development is positioned to become a signature address in downtown Boca Raton.”
