DAMAC International recently opened the sales gallery for The Delmore, its 12-story, ultra-luxury condominium mid-rise going up in Surfside.
The 4,500-square-foot gallery is located at 301 71st St. in Miami Beach — off-site from The Delmore, which is rising at 8777 Collins Ave. Inside the gallery, visitors walk underneath a ceiling-mounted screen depicting The Delmore’s 75-foot-long, translucent pool with a digital swimmer gliding through the water.
“This is a spectacular project that simply must be experienced in-person,” Sales Director Tara West said. “From the moment brokers and prospective buyers enter this beautifully appointed sales gallery, they are going to be awestruck — getting an immediate feel for the exclusivity and rarefied beauty that will define day-to-day living at The Delmore.”
The Delmore’s four- to five-bedroom mansions start at $15 million and have an average price tag of $40 million. All 37 units come fully finished with private-elevator entry foyers and average 7,000 square feet; penthouses start at 10,000 square feet.
In addition to the pool, community amenities will include a rooftop deck, fitness center, meditation garden and Michelin-starred restaurant.
The Delmore is slated to open in 2029. Douglas Elliman is the exclusive broker.
