Kadima Developers has launched sales at Seven Park in Hallandale Beach with the opening of a new sales gallery and the appointment of a sales team from Fortune Development Sales.
The $70 million mixed-use development will feature 121 condominiums across eight stories. Buyers can choose from studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Prices start at $375,000.
Amenities include a pool, hot tubs, private cabanas, barbecue stations, party rooms and lounges, as well as a wellness center. The development’s 218-220 SE Seventh St. location provides easy access to the 16-acre Peter Bluesten Park.
Located at 21495 East Dixie Highway in Aventura, the new sales gallery provides potential buyers with kitchen and bathroom displays, floor plans and renderings. The dedicated space will serve as the primary hub for all sales inquiries and presentations.
Fortune Development Sales Director Sean Joseph will lead sales efforts. His team will include agents Stephanie Weiss, Irina Mironova and Francine Rodriguez.
