PPG Development and BH3 Management launched Mondrian Hallandale Beach Residences, a luxury condominium high-rise located at 101 Diplomat Parkway in Hallandale Beach.

The development, started in 2022, is the first standalone Mondrian-branded community.

The 26-story tower features one- to four-bedroom condos and penthouses with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Many homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows. Prices start in the low $900,000s.
