The funding was provided by affiliates of Apollo. Andare is being developed in partnership with Italian design house Pininfarina.

The units in the 46-story tower, which will be Broward County’s tallest residential structure when completed in 2027, are over 50% sold. Andare will be topped by a 6,000-square-foot, $16 million penthouse.

The other residences will range from 1,800 to over 4,300 square feet and offer open-concept living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, gourmet kitchens with Italian cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, spa-style bathrooms and wraparound balconies.

There will be over 35,000 square feet of community amenities. The 10th floor will have a fitness center, pickleball court, wellness spa and hot and cold plunge pools, while the 11th floor will have a private dining room with catering kitchen, sports lounge with gaming tables, executive lounge with private conference rooms and designated resident’s club lounge with bar.

The rooftop will have an outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, private cabanas, sun deck, hot tub and food and beverage services, while the ground floor will have a 6,000-square-foot restaurant from Tim Petrillo, co-founder of The Restaurant People (TRP).

“Andare represents a defining moment for downtown Fort Lauderdale and an unparalleled opportunity for luxury buyers to lay down roots in the beloved Las Olas neighborhood,” said Nick Pérez, president of Related’s condominium division. “Alongside our world-class design team, we’re setting a new standard for the market, offering an elevated living experience where the best of leisure, culture and commerce converge.”
