Ricardo Chen, Nicole Lombrozo and Ernest Poblacion recently joined Brown Harris Stevens across the brokerage’s Miami offices.

Chen will operate out of the South Miami office on Red Road. He specializes in acquiring off-market and investment properties. Formerly associated with Dream Life Realty, Chen handled just under $35 million in gross asset volume during his first two years in real estate.

Lombrozo left Avanti Way Real Estate and joined the Brown Harris Stevens’ Miami Beach office. She currently manages over 10 luxury rentals in the area and incorporates remodels and flip projects into her business.

Poblacion of the Miami Beach office has recently re-joined Brown Harris Stevens after stepping away due to family circumstances. He specializes in luxury residential properties and multi-family investments, often acting as consultant.
