Daniel Kadoch joined Douglas Elliman after 6 years leading London Foster Realty. He was previously affiliated with U&I Realty Canada.

Kadoch brings 15 years of real estate experience to his new role and currently represents over $200 million in off-market inventory.

Specializing in waterfront single-family homes, multifamily investment properties, commercial properties and luxury condos, he also handles luxury leases for high-net-worth clients.

Kadoch will be based in Aventura but has experience across South Florida markets like Sunny Isles, Miami, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Star Island, the Venetian Islands and Palm Beach.
