ONE Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced its top producers for 2024.  

The winners helped the brokerage, which has closed over $20 billion in sales since 2022, post year-over-year sales growth of more than 29% last year.

ONE Sotheby’s has over 1,400 agents working along Florida’s East Coast. The firm’s offices run from Miami and Key Biscayne in the south to Vero Beach and Jacksonville in the north. 

Companywide, the highest-ranked producers for sales volume were, respectively: 

Individual: Ralph Arias, Michael Martinez and Dennis Carvajal. 

Large teams: The Waterfront Team, O’Dare Boga Dobson Group and MR Luxury Group. 

Small teams: Worldwide Group, Moorman Group and The Elmir Group. 

Development sales: Catalina Martinez, Ena Espino and Damian Silvi; Lisa Whitaker, Amy Ballon and Summer Sawaya; Patricia Bilbao, Ivonne Ballestas and Lilia Gambogi. 

Commercial sales: Manny Chamizo III and Gale Group International. 

The highest-ranked producers for units sold were: 

Individual: Talle Genoni, Madeleyne Sutton and Kelly Fischer. 

Teams: Team JK, Chad Bishop Group and MR Luxury Group.
