ONE Sotheby’s International Realty recently honored its top producers of 2023.
With 33 offices and over 1,400 agents along Florida’s East Coast, the firm closed more than $13 billion in sales in 2022 and 2023.
“Our top producers have demonstrated dedication to excellence, commitment to clients and a visionary approach to real estate,” ONE Sotheby’s International CEO and founder Mayi de la Vega said in a press release. “These qualities have set new standards of professionalism and contributed to the legacy that defines our brand.”
The first-place winners were:
Top individual, companywide, for sales volume: Michael Martinez with over $156 million.
Top individual, companywide, for units sold: Talle Genoni.
Top individual, South Florida: Michael Martinez.
Top individual, Central and Northeast Florida: David Settgast.
Top large team, companywide, for sales volume: O’Dare Boga Dobson Group with over $184 million.
Top small team, companywide, for sales volume: Worldwide Group with over $102 million.
Top team, companywide, for units sold: The Elmir Group.
Top large team, South Florida: MR Luxury Group.
Top small team, South Florida: Worldwide Group.
Top large team, Central and Northeast Florida: O’Dare Boga Dobson Group.
Top small team, Central and Northeast Florida: Moorman Group.
