ONE Sotheby’s International Realty agent Katie Weisz was named director of sales for Alba Palm Beach, a 55-unit luxury waterfront condominium project rising in West Palm Beach.   

Originally from New York, Weisz oversees sales in Broward and Palm Beach counties for ONE Sotheby’s. With more than $600 million in transactions under her belt, Weisz takes over sales at Alba as the 22-story development approaches 60% sold and a build-out of its 15th floor. Completion is slated for spring 2026. Condos start at just under $3 million. 

Located in West Palm’s Northwood neighborhood, Alba has direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Community amenities include a pool with private cabanas, art and relaxation garden, multi-sport simulator, fitness center, day-dock boat slips, spa and private dining room with climate-controlled wine storage. 

Units offer water views, plunge pools, multi-floor terraces, kitchens by Italkraft, appliances by SubZero and Wolf, and floor-to-ceiling hurricane-impact windows.
