Located at 1210 Brickell Ave., ORA by Casa Tua is a 77-story luxury development with 533 fully furnished residences, developed by Fortune International Group in partnership with Casa Tua. The property features resort-style offerings, including a ninth-floor pool with a sun shelf, loungers, cabanas and a jacuzzi. The development will also offer workspace amenities, like private office spaces, conference rooms, content creation rooms and more. Additional amenities will include a clubroom, social lounge and a two-floor fitness and wellness center.

Unique to the city, ORA will be home to a first-of-its kind, 40-foot open sky garden. This will feature four new restaurant concepts: Terra, Uva, Fuoco and Vento, the tallest rooftop restaurant in Miami. ORA will also include a signature private club by Casa Tua on the 77th floor, marking the tallest private club in Miami.
