ALINA 210 in Boca Raton receives occupancy permit

El-Ad National Properties recently received its temporary certificate of occupancy on ALINA 210, part of phase two of its ALINA Residences condominium development in downtown Boca Raton. 

Closings for ALINA 210’s 30 move-in ready residences are set to begin this month, with some units still available. Condos are priced from $4 million to more than $10 million. 

ALINA phase two comprises ALINA 210 and ALINA 220. When ALINA 220 is delivered in late 2024, ALINA Residences will be complete and comprise three nine-story buildings: ALINA 200, with 121 residences, which are completed, sold out and occupied; ALINA 210; and ALINA 220, with152 residences, for a total of 303 units. 

Condos in the three towers range from one to four bedrooms and span 1,400 to over 5,400 square feet. Many offer dens and private terraces overlooking the Boca Raton golf course. All units include Gaggenau appliances, custom Italian cabinetry and porcelain flooring. 

The ALINA Residences campus offers a variety of amenities, including two rooftop pools; his-and-hers spa facilities with dry saunas, steam rooms, treatment rooms and relaxation rooms; fitness centers; a studio with a golf and sports simulator; fire pits; yoga areas; club rooms; and a dog park. 

ALINA Residences is designed by Garcia Stromberg Architecture and Interior Design with construction by Moss Construction. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales team.
