ONE Sotheby’s International Realty agents Jonathan Bigelman and Lydia Eskenazi have joined together to start a new team, BE Luxury Group. The team will specialize in residential sales in beachfront communities from Golden Beach and Bal Harbour to Bay Harbor Islands and Miami Beach.  

As team leads, Eskenazi and Bigelman have closed over $100 million in transactions since the beginning of 2023. The pair holds the record sale price for a single-family home in Surfside with the $15.3 million sale of 1236 Biscaya Drive and the record price for land on Allison Island with the $17.55 million sale of 6640 Allison Road.   

They recently listed a Moorish Mediterranean estate in Golden Beach for $55 million, which would break sales records if it sold at or near the asking price. 

Real estate agents Corina Browarnik and Karolina Bil are joining the team, which represents a combined career sales volume of over $600 million.
