Located at 2305 Northeast 123rd Street, the 10-story tower is designed by Arquitectonica and offers two- to four-bedroom units ranging from 2,200 to just over 4,000 square feet. Each residence has been designed by Los Angeles-based Avenue Interior Design and will have private foyers, open great rooms, flex spaces, deep terraces and primary suites with water views. Community amenities include a waterfront fitness center, bayside fitness lawn, lounge, social room with billiards and gaming, library and rooftop pool.
“Kolter Urban is proud to reveal Solana Bay and further our commitment to luxury condominium development in South Florida,” Seth Goldman, Kolter Urban regional president, said in a release. “We are eager to extend our expertise to the Miami market with this unique property in partnership with BH Group. These residences are strategically positioned to maximize the expansive and unobstructed bay and city views from each residence.”
