Related Group and BH Group recently opened reservations for condominiums at their new luxury project, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach.
All 144 residences face east and offer views of the Atlantic Ocean. Units range from 1,400 to 3,000 square feet and offer high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchens with custom Italian cabinetry and large balconies. Prices start at $2.5 million.
Community amenities include a pool and deck, fitness and wellness center, spa and owner-only access to Ritz-Carlton Hotel services. There is also a curated collection of common-area artwork from the Jorge M. Pérez Contemporary Art Collection.

Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group designed the project, while Douglas Elliman is handling sales and marketing.
