Realtor Juan “Zulu” Zuluaga and his 305living team from boutique brokerage Graber Realty recently joined the Coldwell Banker Realty Key Biscayne office.  

Zuluaga focuses on the Miami Shores/Upper East Side region. In 2023, he and his team handled about $42 million in gross sales.  

Before he entered real estate, Zuluaga served a year with the U.S. Department of Defense, preceded by 10 years with the FBI and 10 years in the U.S. Air Force.
