The move-in ready units, which include studios, junior suites and one-bedrooms up to 539 square feet, are priced from $500,000 and are more than 50% sold. Delivery of the eight-story, wellness-focused building at 1136 SW 3rd Ave. is slated for 2025. The project’s total price tag is $45 million.

Owners may stay in their units up to 30 nights per year. The rest of the time, a hotel-management company will handle them.

Unit amenities include circadian lighting, grounding bed mattress pads and vitamin C shower filters. Community amenities include a spa, rooftop pool, on-site restaurant and bar, gym and corporate-meeting space.

“With wellness as the cornerstone of this project, the experiential design of Visions at Brickell Station strikes a chord with buyers who seek accessible ownership in Miami’s urban core within a property that is both innovative and timeless,” Urban Network CEO Robert Thorne said in a press release. “We appreciate the support from Rok Lending and look forward to continuing sales momentum as we move into 2024.”
