What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I was an owner of a party-rental business for more than 15 years.

A business owner.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
When I am stressed, I always find myself reading a book to gain further knowledge and educate myself.

Jorge Perez because he is one of the most successful real estate agents in the U.S.
Where is South Florida’s best-kept secret?
I’ve always loved nature, so the mysterious world of the Everglades always fascinated me, as well as the rustling life of pop-up farmer’s markets.
What do you love most about the industry?
Helping clients accomplish their dreams.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Educating people about the prices of houses and how the economy affects the market.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Stop being a real estate agent in secret and promote yourself in all social media.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
I listen to Cafecito Inmobiliario daily. It is a morning podcast that speaks about real estate in the world. I also read a book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.

The internet went out, and I couldn’t access the Supra key.

That I’m actually 4’11”. I appear to be taller in my professional photos.

Los Angeles because the city is beautiful, and I got to experience the Walk of Fame.
