Miami-based Wolfson Development and Lennar have partnered on their second build-to-rent community, North Forum Reserve, which will rise adjacent to the Forum mixed-use development in Fort Myers.

The $110 million community of 304 townhomes is the first phase Wolfson’s 70-acre North Forum Reserve, which will include 10 acres of commercial space and 300 apartments in its second phase. Construction is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2024.

North Forum is the second of several projects Wolfson and Lennar have in the works. The companies’ first collaboration was Cantabria Bradenton, in Bradenton, which sold to JP Morgan for $59 million earlier this year.

“Our commitment to delivering housing solutions amid an historic crisis in housing availability and affordability remains unwavering,” Wolfson CEO Adam Wolfson said in a press release. “It’s imperative to acknowledge that, buying or renting, everyone deserves access to adequate living spaces they can be proud of, irrespective of their financial status.”
