Originally from New York, Tom Hughes relocated to Jupiter in 1986 and has been a broker in the region for over three decades. His intimate market knowledge, paired with his commitment to client service and connection, offers a deep level of care for buyers, sellers and investors. Formerly a funeral director, Hughes’ foundation as an agent is built on helping people navigate through high-stress, emotional situations.

Hughes now specializes in luxury resale and new-construction homes and condominiums in Jupiter, Tequesta, Jupiter Island, Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Hobe Sound, Stuart, North Palm Beach and Manalapan and is a founding principal at the Hughes Browne Group with Compass Jupiter. The team has 15 agents and administrative staff members, including Hughes’ two daughters.

Outside of work, Hughes is involved in numerous charitable and civic groups throughout the community, including Hope for the Warriors, Rotary International, Selfless Love and the Jupiter Medical Center. He also enjoys playing golf, boating and spending time with friends and family.
