Chicago-based Fulton Grace Realty has acquired DreamWorks Real Estate Inc., a brokerage headquartered in Stuart, Florida, marking its first expansion into the state. The Florida firm will rebrand as Fulton Grace | DreamWorks Real Estate.

Fulton Grace | DreamWorks Real Estate includes more than 20 experienced real estate brokers and will be led by Managing Broker Kelly Guttveg.

“[This] is a transition of opportunity, expansion and discovery, for myself as well the agents, and with Fulton Grace on our side, we are looking forward to a bright and prosperous future” Guttveg said in a press release.

Fulton Grace Realty President TJ Rubin also expressed his enthusiasm over the growth. “I couldn’t be more excited to enter the Florida market with such a wonderful group of professionals,” Rubin said. “They unquestionably embody the entrepreneurial spirit of Fulton Grace and will help spearhead our expansion into the Sunshine State!”
