Engel & Völkers Florida announced that two franchise partners, Engel & Völkers Fort Lauderdale and Engel & Völkers Miami, will team up to operate a sales center at The Ocean Resort Residences.

Managed by Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, The Ocean Resort Residences are located at 551 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. The 24-story hotel/residential building marks the brand’s second project in South Florida.

Nault and Garcia’s roster of real estate advisors will be responsible for the sales of all remaining units at The Ocean Resort Residences, as well as any resales that arise. Prices start in the mid-$500,000s.
