Illustrated Properties has promoted Liz Nunes to chief brand officer and Brittany Williams to director of marketing and agent tools.
As chief brand officer, Nunes will spearhead the company’s marketing and brand operations. The Florida native and second-generation Realtor has been with Illustrated Properties and the Keyes Family of Companies for over 10 years.
“We are thrilled to have Liz oversee our brand strategy,” CEO Mike Pappas said in a news release. “Her creative eye and keen understanding of our market — and agents — position her perfectly to help take our organization to the next level.”
As director of marketing and agent tools, Brittany Williams will assist agents in using Illustrated Properties’ resources to grow their businesses. Williams formerly served as agent experience director after joining the company in 2022.
