Keyes Company agent Andrew Secular has joined Douglas Elliman, where he will work on Cindy Orlinsky’s team.  

Before becoming a Realtor four years ago, Secular was best known as the proprietor of Tortilla Flats, a Tex-Mex restaurant that operated in New York’s West Village for 35 years before closing in 2018.
