Illustrated Properties has promoted Amanda Fell into the role of director of operations, the company announced this week.

Fell has worked for Illustrated Properties for 18 years and previously was director of corporate services, managing the firm’s affiliated companies. In her new role, Fell will be responsible for staff development, onboarding new associates, monitoring the company’s 19 physical locations and elevating the company’s culture and branding.

“Amanda has been a valuable contributor to the company for almost two decades, and we are thrilled for the opportunity to have her enhance our operations processes,” Daniel Dennis, president of Illustrated Properties, said in a news release. 

Fell is a Florida native and a member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. She volunteers with Place of Hope, The Real Life Children’s Youth Ranch and the Homeless Coalition. 

She has a degree from Florida State University and continued her education at Palm Beach State College.

“I am honored to continue my journey with IPRE and help streamline the overall operations for the firm and our sales associates,” Fell said. “During my time with the firm, I have gained the ability to align our values with those of our clients and provide them the best possible experience. I am grateful for the relationships I have made here at Illustrated and look forward to this new role.”
