by Patrick Regan

A tri-level penthouse atop Una Residences in Miami has sold for $17.75 million, a record for the city’s Brickell submarket.

The 7,084-square-foot residence sold for $2,506 per square foot, the highest price per square foot deal in Miami.

The 47-story tower, at 175 NE 25th Road, is expected to be done in 2024. It is 80% sold.

The penthouse is located on levels 45 through 47 and has an additional 2,871 square feet of outdoor terrace and rooftop space. The unit includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and features a media room, study and private elevator. It also includes two private rooftop pools — a lap pool and plunge pool — with a summer kitchen, sauna and steam room.

Fortune International Group is handling sales for the building. The project is a joint development by OKO Group and Cain International.
