He brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the role.

Prior to his work in South Florida, Snider and his wife built a successful real estate business in New York City. But after countless transactions and over $300 million in sales, Snider decided it was time for another challenge — an opportunity to grow and expand.

At Sotheby’s, Snider applies that natural business acumen to help agents better understand their place in the market. Team building and collaboration are paramount to his managing style. In sports it is often said that certain managers are players’ managers … the same can be said about Snider. He is an agents’ manager, committed to growth, strategic partnering and brand building.

Snider is also involved in several charities and organizations that are focused on both local inequality and global poverty issues. He developed the Africa-based non-profit AfricaWorks which focuses on sustainable business initiatives in African countries, and those efforts have created over 100,000 sustainable jobs. His endeavors stretch from New York to Miami to Mozambique.
