In an ever-changing market, Gandy attributes her success to offering cutting-edge technology, innovative products, a depth of knowledge and, above all, highly personalized service. Her philosophy has resulted in 100% referral business. Gandy works with all kinds of clients — first time homebuyers, veterans, executive relocations, builders and investors — and utilizes her licenses in 16 different states.

Marsha resides in Boca Raton, Florida and has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
