Brown Harris Stevens welcomed several new agents to its South Florida offices in recent months.
The additions include Adrian English, Carolina Arenas and Maureen Geary in Miami Beach, Paul Stemborowski in Coconut Grove and James “Harold” Schaffer in South Miami.
English is a former professional baseball player, and he brings that competitive drive to his real estate business work, the company said in a news release. Arenas has a background in the banking industry and specializes in international clients and luxury residential and commercial real estate.
Geary has conducted nearly $100 million in real estate transactions in the Hamptons. She and her husband recently relocated to Miami Beach. She is a member of the Yale Club and a graduate of Seton Hall University.
Stembrorowski has a 40-year career in real estate, first as a Realtor in New Jersey and later as owner of his own mortgage company. He’s written multiple books and has lived in Miami since 2008.
Schaffer’s expertise is in luxury residential properties throughout the Coral Gables, South Miami and Pinecrest markets. He leans on digital and electronic media platforms to showcase his listings.
