Tampa Bay Rays co-owner Randy Frankel has sold his Miami Beach home for $31.5 million, the second most expensive sale on the Sunset Islands.

The 8,500-square-foot waterfront property features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Amenities include an elevator, pool deck, rooftop deck and large dock.

The property is at 1635 W. 22nd St. on gated Sunset Island 4. A recent land sale is the only Sunset Islands property with a higher transaction price.

Reid Heidenry represented the buyer and Marko Gojanovic the seller. Both agents are with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
