Sales will launch in June for Landing at PGA Waterway, a complex of 98 residences on 11 acres on the Intracoastal Waterway in Palm Beach Gardens.
Three, six-story buildings will feature residences from three to five bedrooms covering roughly 3,100 to more than 5,000 square feet. Units start at $3.9 million.
Amenities will include a 100-foot heated pool with an infinity edge looking over the Intracoastal Waterway, private park, grilling area, spa, fitness center, yoga room, game room, card room, meeting space and on-site concierge.
The complex will have direct water access, and residents will have the option to lease a yacht slip, pool cabana and parking spot.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of this year.
“Palm Beach Gardens has become the ultimate, luxury real estate enclave in South Florida, now attracting even more refined and notable individuals relocating to the area. From this comes the inspiration for Landing at PGA Waterway,” said Dan Catalfumo, founder of Catalfumo Companies, the developer for the project. “Catalfumo Companies continues to be a powerful force in Palm Beach’s evolution by bringing this product at the right time, and we are thrilled to welcome our future residents.”
The Spina Group will handle sales and marketing.
